It was with great pleasure that I accepted the invitation to perform and teach at one of the most exciting Oriental Dance Festivals in the world: EILAT FESTIVAL.
The reasons to come to Eilat this January are varied (check the event´s program and the delicious workshops, performances, artists and fun available for you) but the fact that is organized by the so talented and dynamic Orit Maftsir really gave a special shine to the whole thing.
Not only will I be performing with an amazing orchestra (expect BIG surprises) as I will also teach 4 different thematic workshops:
*Modern Egyptian (breaking ground for the future of Oriental Dance as an Art form);
*My crazy Saiidi-Tahtib on a modern egyptian song - tradition and creativity melted into one;
*Nubian (so much fun and coolness - you never knew Nubian dance could taste like this!);
*Baladi Saahirah (one of the dearest styles I´m known for and a little revolution in the way you see dance and yourself).
